Celebrating the state’s rich cultural diversity, the TAC Unity Cup program brings together a host of different multicultural communities through the vehicle of Australian Football. The TAC Unity Cup aims to provide an opportunity for young multicultural Victorians to engage positively with their peers and the community through their mutual love of Aussie rules football. The AFL Nines style gala day sees participants playing a fast, fun, free-flowing game that involves nine players on each team, playing on a smaller field. AFL Nines is non-contact with no tackling or bumping, making it suitable for everyone.
The TAC Unity Cup will be back in 2024, bigger and better! AFL Victoria will be delivering two Unity Cups, one in April and one in September and will update this page with the detail as the events are organised and finalised.
