Every pick from the 2023 AFLW Draft, held at Marvel Stadium on Monday 18 December, 2023.
Of the 53 players drafted, 27 are from Victoria, showing how strong and important Victoria continues to be in producing AFLW players. This was headlined by Kristie-Lee Weston-Turner from the Western Jets and Sunshine Heights Football Club, picked by the Western Bulldogs with the first overall pick.
In addition to those drafted, the following Victorians were among eight players taken during the pre-selection period for expansion clubs:
Essendon – Amy Gaylor (Calder Cannons / Strathmore)
Hawthorn – Hayley McLaughlin (Eastern Ranges / Blackburn), Laura Stone (Eastern Ranges / Lysterfield) and Jess Vukic (Eastern Ranges / Vermont / Donvale)
